I will return all phone calls and e-mails within 24-hours unless I am out of town.
I respect all clients regardless of age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, body type, political affiliation, state of health, or personal habits.
Clients are draped with a sheet at all times during the session. Only the parts of the body being worked on are exposed at any time. Genitals and female breasts are never exposed or massaged.
If I need to cancel an appointment, I will do so with more than 24-hours notice if at all possible. If an emergency arises and I cannot keep an appointment, I will apply a 50% discount to your next session.
I keep accurate records and maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Payment should be made by cash or check at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Please be on time - I often have clients booked back to back.
Out of respect for my chemically sensitive clients, please do not use heavily scented perfumes, lotions, oils, or other products on the day of treatment.
Many questionable businesses exist that provide sexual services under the guise of "massage therapy", X Stress Health Solutions is not one of those businesses.
